This article will help you create an account in the Accessibility Site used by the Systems and Innovation Technology team and the Disability Office of BYU-Idaho to track the work flow of transcripts in online courses.
1. Go to https://byui-accessibility-redemption.web.app/2.
2. Select "Sign Up" from the available options.
3. Fill out the necessary information and select "Designer" for your role.
- What can I submit for accessibility purposes using this tool?
- Currently you can submit video, audio, slide (PowerPoint, Google Slide, Captivate, Articulate, etc), and full course requests.
- How long does a transcript take?
- If it is a Priority 1 ADA request, we can have them completed within 24 hours. All other transcript requests will be completed as soon as possible, in order of priority.
- Who do I contact if my account does not work or I am having problems?
- Please reach out to Corey Moore at ext. 1525 and he will help address any problems you might be encountering.
- Tiles vs. table - We usually organize the data as a table, but with a recent update, it reverted to the tiled appearance you see now. It will be fixed in the near future.
- Filters on Master not working - The filters function on the Master tab is not currently working. We hope to get this functionality back in place within a week or so.
- Limit of 25 pages - The technology this is based on is what limits this and we will have this updated so that it is not limited to only 25 pages.
