How to set a recurring meeting

- Open or create a meeting on outlook.
- In the meeting box, select the button at the top toolbar which says Recurrence.
Complete recurrence information
- The dialogue box which appears will allow you to enter all your information for the frequency of meeting recurrence.
- When you are done, click OK.
