How to add BSC Council Agenda/Action Items - Project Manager

In Microsoft Teams, click on the "BSC Team" and then the "General" tab. Then, click on the "BSC Council" tab.

Once in the BSC Council Tab, you will see the most recent council Agenda. This is where you make any changes to the BSC Council Agenda

To add an agenda item, simply add the next number in the list and put your name next to it in parentheses. If you want to add an Action Item (a ticketed project that needs to be worked on), click on the option that says "Submit Action Items Here." If you want to review the list of action items, select the option that says "Review List Here."
