Login to the email you will be using (BSC Department Relations or BSC Training/Marketing). Your job is to check the folders shown below each day to make sure there aren't any unprocessed emails (To TDTicket, Inbox, and Unsuccessful). Also check the To TDTicket Folder each day for any emails that did not become tickets. If there are any in there, create tickets for them manually.
If there are any unprocessed emails in the "Unsuccessful" folder or the Inbox, click and drag them to the "To TDTicket" folder shown below.
Once that is done, you can check the "Processed" folder for any emails that have been made into TD Tickets. Sort these emails into the appropriate folder until the "Processed" folder is empty.
