Assigning Responsibility in Tickets

Click on the ticket you need to assign. Then, click on the "Actions" drop down button.

In the list that comes up, click on "Reassign Ticket."

Type in the name of the person you are reassigning the ticket to and select their name from the list. Then, make sure the "Notify the new resource of the assignment" box is unchecked and click save!
