How Do I Use The I-Learn Request Help Form?
This article explains how to use the "Request Help" form in I-Learn. This form can be used by anyone with access to I-Learn for any question or problem related to I-Learn.
- From any page in I-Learn, click the Help button
- Select Request Help
You may or may not be asked what your role in the context of your current question is. Select the option that most closely applies to your and click Next.
Select the problem category that most closely reflects your question and click Next.
The form will supply some links to knowledge base articles that may help answer your question. If none of those articles are helpful, you can enter a custom search for more articles.
Request Individual Help
If the knowledge base articles answered your question, click Yes, my issue is resolved. Otherwise, click No, I need to request individual help.
Enter descriptive information about your problem. The more specific information you include, the better experience you will have in receiving help.
You will also have the option to attach filed to your help request. This is especially useful for attaching screenshots or screencasts of your problem.
You will now be supplied with a ticket ID. If you speak with support personnel about your help request, they may ask you for that ID number.
If you wish to have an online chat with someone about your question, copy the ticket ID, then click the Live Chat link.
