1. Once you have Microsoft Teams open, click on the three dots on the left side of the screen.
2. Then click on the Calls icon in the pop-up menu.

3. Click on the Don't forward menu in the bottom-left of the screen.
4. Select the Forward to voicemail option.

Remember to pin the calls app if it is one the you use often. You can do this by right-clicking on the icon and selecting Pin.
You can record your own custom greeting for your voicemail by doing the following:
1. Open the call forwarding drop down menu
2. Click on the More Settings option

3. Click on Configure voicemail
4. Click Record a greeting

This will open a Teams window that will allow you to record your own personal greeting. Just follow the on-screen instructions.
You can also change other settings like answering rules, language, text-to-speech greetings, and out of office greetings by navigating these menus.
