Whether you are an employee attempting to help a student set up their Grad Plan, or a student trying to set up your own, you could have troubles accessing your Grad Plan in your BYU-Idaho account. Usually, installing/updating the Microsoft Silverlight computer add-on will solve the problem.
1. Visit the Microsoft Silverlight download page.
2. Select the Install for Macintosh button. Your download manager will open and begin downloading Microsoft Silverlight.
3. When a pop-up appears telling you this package will run a program that determines if the package can be installed, select Continue.
4. Agree to the Software License Agreement by selecting Continue.
5. Select Agree to accept the terms of the software license agreement. If you select Disagree, the installation will quit.
6. A pop-up will appear asking you where you would like Silverlight to be installed. If you have a custom area in mind, select that. If you are unsure, just go with the default option by selecting Install.
7. You may be asked for your Mac’s login credentials in order to authenticate the download. Enter the information when prompted.
8. Silverlight will then install. When you see a pop-up explaining that it has been installed, select Close to exit the installation. You may now proceed with creating your Grad Plan.
