Type https://iplan.byui.edu/employment_portal/#/login into your address bar

Login using your username and password.

At the top left of the page, click on the small black square with the white arrow. After that click on Manage Mentorship Requests.

The first option you have is to click on the arrow on the right side of the page allowing you to see more details about the student.

At the top of the popup box, you will now have the option to Decline or Reject the mentor request.

The second option you have is to click on the green gear next to the name of the student, and choose Decline or Connect.
