Is Kaltura what is recommended now in place of the other software we used in I-Learn 2.0 to create screencasts (e.g. Jing)? One of the instructors in my teaching group wasn't able to get his screencast he had used in I-Learn 2.0 to work in I-Learn 3.0 (all it gave him was a black screen when he tried accessing it in I-Learn 3.0) and I thought I remember learning (possibly in the I-Learn 3.0 Bootcamp) that screencasts (created with software we were encouraged to use with I-Learn 2.0) aren't very functional in I-Learn 3.0. Thanks!

@Toni, That's correct. Jing is no longer recommended. Kaltura is the BYU-I supported tool. You might also be interested in this discussion in the community: http://onlineinstruction.ning.com/i-learn-3-0-forum/screen-recording-chrome-extensions-jing-killers
