VoiceThread provides a different way to engage with a presentation. It allows people to navigate slides and leave comments in 5 ways - using voice (with a mic or telephone), text, audio file, or video (via a webcam).
Grading a VoiceThread Assignment
To grade a VoiceThread assignment, first click on the assignment you wish to grade in Canvas.
Choose Student Submission
On the right side of the page, you can see who has submitted the assignment, and who has not. To view a student's comments they made on the presentation, simply click on the student name.
Student Submission
To give the student a grade, click on the score next to their name and type in the percentage that they have earned. The score will be updated automatically in Canvas to reflect the score.
