Welcome! In this article we'll show you how to change the view of your Canvas gradebook. Changing how your gradebook is arranged can help you find a student, an assignment, or see valuable data about your students' submissions. Let's get started!
Open the gradebook
To begin, open the gradebook in your Canvas course by clicking "Grades" in the course navigation menu.
Arrange the gradebook
Now, to arrange the gradebook, click "View" [1] at the top of the gradebook. Select "Arrange By" [2] from the list. Finally, select how you want the gradebook arranged from the list of options [3].
