How to Create a Training Urgent Ticket
Create a new BSC Magic form and Title it "Training Urgent".
Where it says "Your Name" you will put yourself as the requester.
In the section "Who needs help?" you will put the name of the agent who is needing to be trained.
Fill out the departments and tags as depicted below.
In the notes section put a detailed note on what the agent is needing to be trained on.
Fill out the remaining ticket based on what you see below.
Lastly, scroll back to the top of the ticket and select "Save".
