How Do I Send Tickets To Other Departments?

From the TeamDynamix homepage, click the Applications Menu (blue tab with white grid) and select the "Services" option.
Service Catalog Category
There are several categories in the service catalog that you can choose from. Most often, you will use the "Technology Issues" or "Technology Requests". The difference between an issue and a request is that an issue is for something that is broken, whereas a request represents a user asking for a feature that they don't yet have.
Click on the service that best describes your issue.
Click on "Submit Request" and fill our the form on the next screen.
