How Do I Create a Quick Tickets?
This article explains how to create an FTC Quick Ticket. Quick Tickets document interactions between FTC employees and customers. There are two kinds of Quick Tickets. One documents interactions concerning I-Learn and the other documents every other kind of interaction.
Open the Ticket Form
1. Open the I-Learn application
1. Click +New.
2. Select FTC Quick Ticket.
1. Add the name of the requestor, or the person you helped.
2. Make sure that the Acct/Dept auto fills with their department. Most people we help shouldn't be listed as students, unless they are TA's.
3. Select which LMS the problem was occurring in.
4. Type a brief description.
5. You may also choose to select the course in which the problem occurred.
